I enjoyed the first half of my medium-sized sandwich without any hot sauce, savoring the bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomato. For the second half, I added Sorensen, a deliciously sweet, ketchup-like BBQ sauce, and soaked the bread in Cholula hot sauce. When I arrived at 12:20 PM, there was a line of eight people ahead of me, and it took a while to reach the front, but I imagine the wait will be much shorter outside of lunch hours. I ordered a medium veggie sandwich on wheat and was asked if I wanted a pickle, if I wanted to make it a combo, if I’d like to round up the bill for charity, and, of course, what my name is. The ordering process was very smooth, and the cashier flawlessly noted my name. I was quite satisfied and am still considering whether a five-star rating would be more appropriate!
This was the best sub I've ever had at a Firehouse Subs! The restaurant was extremely busy with a line to the door at times, but the employees were moving quickly and in sync with one another like a team should. There were only 3 employees on the line and 1 at the register. They were getting customers taken care of swiftly while preparing online orders. No one had a bad attitude and was focused on servicing. ?
The food is good as always. The place seemed very smoky when we arrived and our order was taken by another customer. You made my order new, it only took twice as long. Overall a good din in experience
This restaurant consistently takes a long time to serve food, even when the dining area is empty. I waited 35 minutes for just two sandwiches. The staff appears to have some training, but it doesn't seem adequate, and they often seem disengaged.
Very good sandwiches. My only complaint would be that the drink machine does not have ginger ale.
