Pizzaville - Ajax

Terrible pizza, terrible service. We ordered thin crust and it was overcooked to a cracker; they got the meat order wrong; and the goat cheese amounted to three tiny dots. When we asked for a replacement, they refused. Never making the mistake of going there again.

So, this establishment most definitely cares about the customer experience.I made an order Tuesday, and it had some minor mistakes...However, the team at this Pizzaville went out of their way to ensure the satisfaction, by rectifying the issue that happened.They actually gave more than I deserved to rectify the situation.The quality has never been bad, it's always been great. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone rectifies them!The world is tough nowadays, and this establishment I will forever trust with ensuring that what you pay for is what you get!!!Great establishment, great people working there.5 out of 5, because when it's right it's realllly good. The one mistake they made was more than made up for.

Pizza was terrible, it was burnt and some slices did not even have toppings on them. not good at all

Great location. Ajax, Whitby and north Oshawa locations have great staff, timely service and excellent quality food. Thank you for all the help and yummy food!

This is hands down the worst Pizzaville location. They can’t get an order right. Every single pizza we have ordered from them is wrong. They gave pepperoni instead of pineapple. No hot peppers or toppings miss by. They put the least amount of toppings i have ever seen. Simply said they suck. Do not go to this location. There was a reason they the worst rating of all the Pizzavilles. The people who work here are idiots.
