Le Cintra - Aix-en-Provence

We go there regularly, with family, couple or even alone for a trip to town for the meridian break. It is a bistro, simple and unpretentious kitchen. You don't have to go for a gastro but for a solid meal with safe values. Even if their sauerkraut is simply excellent, for me it's Aix's best. In addition, they are a very good value for money.
