Starbucks - Airdrie

0 star is what they get. very disappointing! I'm going there for a tasty bite, but at this weekend the service was terrible. I ordered a caffe americano (2 shots signature espresso) that tastes nothing like coffee at all. also my regular caffe latte was the same. no taste! we noticed too many baristas at this place and it is not even a busy place. Maybe they can focus more on what they do instead of chatting.

Will not be here again. I am lactose intolerance, ordered a heel-based latitude. I asked the barista to confirm his milk, because from my point of view regular milk has been treated. he saw me dead in the eyes and said yes, he was a heel-based. when I sit on the crooked one who writes this, I know I'm sure it wasn't milk. So yes, not here again. How am I sure it's not hafer based? the drink I ordered is my regular drink and that is the first time I have this reaction that I am susceptible to milk. a beautiful evening ruined.

This is the third time in a row that my Iced coffee is grounded at this place. a splash of cream means minimal cream, but from some reason it looks like they were sitting half a cup in my coffee every time. it's really disappointing.

I visited Tristan's drive-thru at 9:30 a.m. on July 11th, and they truly made my day! Thank you for making me smile while I waited for my mother to receive urgent care.

I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. When I finally reached the window, I asked the cashier if the wait time was usually this long, and she simply replied, "Yeah." I then asked, "So it always takes 25 minutes here?" to which she said, "I don't know." I won't be coming back.
