I'm not sure if my previous review was received, so I'm sending this brief message. My experience, along with those of nine others, was extremely disappointing. The manager did not handle customer satisfaction well and was ineffective in addressing our issues. The food quality was poor, and one diner didn't even receive her meal. We informed the staff at 5:30 PM, but we still hadn't gotten our food by 6:30 PM. I will definitely not return or recommend this restaurant.
