Boston Pizza - Airdrie

Joseph provided an exceptional service experience; I will definitely return just to be served by him again! He was attentive to all our food sensitivities and drink preferences while assisting us in choosing our meals and beverages. I even stayed longer just to soak up more of his genuine positivity and kindness! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us, Joseph! Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Our server Alexandra A . Smiles and great with the kids... Place was super clean. Their Robot helper was super rad!! The nachos was very very lack luster. Not what I normally expect from BP'S. Less meat on them then a small Wendy's burger... I didn't find it layered very nice out the the edges either... The tropical chicken pizza was as always an extreme pleasure and didn't disappoint at all... Reason for 3 start:. I asked for no olives on .y nachos and there were still a few random ones floating in there, bit disappointing, and the nachos being sub par. Otherwise good time!! And yes would go back to this location

Paige was my bartender. Did not enjoy my 1 star experience. She served my partner a LIME GREEN Moscow Mule Fish Bowl, filled half way no ice, no mint leaf. My fishbowl had a nice fly in it but ya... pretty gross. Paige also yells from Bar to another server ACROSS the room do you know how to make this drink? Soda or 7 up? Is it made with vodka? From my experience 10 years in the industry, putting an individual behind a bar is because they 've earned it, have the quality and knowledge of their drinks and food. From reviews Paige has been at the location for a decent amount of time so she should be very knowledgeable on her menus, but her experience as if she was still in training. I REALLY thought she was just new and this was her first gig behind the wood.... Please reconsider the appropriate position for her, as her capacity is hostessing...

Ordered delivery.. I think the cactus cut potatoes completely missed the fryer or the oil was bone cold. All absolutely raw and limp potatoes, don't think they even got warmed up. For how expensive they are it is just painful at how little effort went into them.. most were just stuck together in a cold clump. Blech.

We chose this restaurant for lunch since it was conveniently located on our way to the airport, just a few miles away. I use miles because I'm from the States. The bright and colorful interior instantly lifts your spirits. The table service was prompt, and the staff was very friendly. Although the delivery of our orders took a bit longer than expected, it didn't matter since we had plenty of time. I ordered a chicken sandwich, while my girlfriend had a wrap, and we both found our meals enjoyable. We will definitely stop by again, and next time, we plan to try a pizza.
