Bask Bear Coffee (all Seasons Place Penang)

I'm not sure why, but the drinks at this brunch taste very strange. The coffee is completely burnt and extremely bitter, and the milk isn't very thick and has a strong cow odor. I buy coffee at Starbucks almost every day, but the coffee at this brunch spot in All Seasons Place is quite odd.

Daniel, the employee, has a great service attitude. When I accidentally spilled my coffee, the staff made me a new one at no extra charge. They were very gracious about the situation, telling me not to worry about it.

I have been going to Starbucks for many years and have tried drinks from different locations. This particular branch really needs to work on staff training. My matcha latte tasted like plain water. It cost 18 ringgit, you know.

The taste of coffee and drink completely different than other franchise.. seriously the service also need to be improve. Been here for few time .. never change.

Service was good. The staffs were informative friendly.
