A member of our team today had the best service. they got their service of morgan, who was very helpful and happy to take our order. she had some of the best service and made our sandwiches very fast! would recommend her service again!

If you are in the area and looking for the best sandwich you may ever have, then this is the place to be. While waiting for your sandwich you can do some shopping for some hard to find Italian items, some stuff brought me back to going to Nono and Nonas house for holidays.

I was so disappointed. I used their website and found it very user unfriendly. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I placed my order at 12:05 I arrived at 12:58 and my order still had not been made. I was told to take a number and if my order was not completed by the time they called my number it would be completed at that time. They called my number, there was at least 6-7 people before me, my order had still not been started. Once my 2 small sandwich order was prepared, I took my them and hurried back to work arriving past the 30 minutes I was allowed for my lunch. I will probably return in the future when I have no time restrictions, but I will probably never go on a lunch break ever again. Their sandwiches are very good but I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with this result. I hope it's important enough to them to make some changes. So they can keep customer's as repeat returning customers not just those that try once and never come back!

This place is amazing. i went in for the first time in total awe of how much original home made products they have! i was greeted with a warm welcome and asked if i needed help or anything explained. i was also walking around recording for an Italian friend of mine and it even made him miss home! i ended up ordering a small Italian cold cuts on soft bread with provolone, and everything on it. it was so fresh and delicious, i can?t wait to go back to explore more and try new things! whoever runs this place really nailed the small town homey atmosphere. top tier!
