フィードバックを提供するDon't waste your time with delivery part of the order was missing and what we had was cold. Apparently its not mcdonalds issue who put me onto the delivery company and suprise suprise there was nothing they can do.
Went to Shoreham drive through McDonald's and yet again NO milkshakes, frappe or mc flurry all because the staff can not be bothered to clean it!! This is a regular occurrence. The management is **** as well.
This place is a shambles, never any frappe or milkshakes, food always cold and tasteless, waiting for your food takes forever, tables and seating always dirty!! I got a coke in a used dirty cup and didn't realise until later on
I didn't actually visit, but used the McDonald's App for McDelivery. It is not the first time and most experiences have been good apart from food being a bit cold. This time though I had some missing golden Syrup with Porridge that I ordered. The App directs you to deal with Uber Eats, but they were unable to help me. I know it sounds petit, but I have experienced missing larger items several times, not necessarily with McDonald's though. This becomes very tedious when you don't get what you order. Anyway, the syrup does cost extra and I was not reimbursed. I just want the service to get it right first time!
I’ve dined almost weekly at McDonalds in Spain as soon as we were allowed to again, always when we do the weekly shop. Loads of hand steriliser everywhere. Ordered from a filthy screen at Holmbush, nothing to clean my hands. Ate the meal after we requested the table and seats be cleaned. What is the point of delivering to tables which we’ve never seen before when they are not clean and ordering is not safe! I’m really ill right now writing this.
