I didn't have high expectations since this is a Subway, but the staff member was unfriendly and somewhat rude. The fresh ingredients looked wilted and were starting to brown. The photo shows the state of the spinach even after I requested more.

My friends and I decided to grab some food from a gas station and cookies from Subway. While we were waiting in line, one of the employees yelled at us, insisting that we couldn't sit there unless we made a purchase. Despite the fact that we were already waiting to order, she continued to scream at us to leave. One of my friends felt very uncomfortable, so we left immediately. Subway really needs to improve their customer service.

I was quite frustrated, as my daughter only drinks lemonade from the fountain. I sent her back to the car while I waited for a break in the line to speak to an employee. When I finally got the chance, I requested a refund for the fountain drink and asked to buy a bottle from the fridge, especially since both options were the same price. However, they insisted I couldn’t do that since I had already taken a cup. At this point, I was very upset, but I chose to leave without further confrontation—no "Karen" behavior here. Subway really needs to improve its service.
