Mcdonald's - Adel

This was the worst McDonalds I ever went to. We ordered breakfast, and all of our hash browns were so over fried that we could hardly chew them. I didn't know hashbrowns could be so overcooked. I was also given the wrong sandwich, but there's not a whole lot you can do when it's take out.

Took over 15 mins to get order and then the order was missing

If there was a -10 rating I would use it. Disgusting dirty womens AND mens bathrooms. The place smelled terrible, and stalls, mirrors and sinks also needed cleaning .

Worst place ever to go and eat. The last three times that I have been through there to eat there with my family they have gotten my order wrong every time. They have no customer service at all. And they don't know how to greet anyone with a smile.

We stopped by for some lunch before continuing to travel home, we waiting 21 minutes for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Waiting wouldn’t have been a problem at all if the food was actually fresh. The fries had no salt on them and were warm and soggy/soft as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. The mcchicken was old, I took one bite out of it and didn’t eat anymore of it.
