フィードバックを提供するMy recent visit to the restaurant was quite pleasant. In the past, I had ordered two different pasta dishes that I didn't enjoy, but this time I tried the Americano chicken sandwich, which I thought was tasty. I felt that my first mixed drink was lacking in alcohol, but the second one definitely hit the spot. We were part of a large group, and our server did an excellent job, especially considering it was his first day on the job. Although the kitchen was a bit slow in getting our food to us, I think that was understandable given the size of our group.
I'm not sure why this restaurant has such great reviews and is always so busy—I must be missing something. I ordered two pizzas and a Stromboli, and they were disappointing. The crust on the regular pizza was tough, everything was served cold, and we waited for 20 minutes in the lobby while our pizzas sat on the shelf, despite asking three times if our order was ready. I don't feel inclined to try it again. Plus, it was quite expensive for the low quality! There are some fantastic pizza options in Grand Rapids; it's puzzling why this place is so popular.
The pizzas were fantastic! The waitress was friendly and attentive. When she noticed that one of our medium pizzas was missing—because it had gotten burned in the kitchen and we had sent it back—she went to the manager and arranged for us to get an appetizer while we waited. The cheese wedges were surprisingly good, especially when paired with Ranch and Marinara sauce—they really elevated the dish! The desserts were absolutely delightful and definitely worth a try! The atmosphere wasn’t too loud, and the parking lot was spacious enough to open our doors without worrying about hitting the car next to us. The bathrooms were elegant, clean, and well-stocked. I gave 4 stars because the burnt pizza should never have left the kitchen in the first place. Overall, it was a great experience for someone new like me!
I usually like pizza, but I eat 5 pieces of cheese in the morning at eleven. My mother recommends the meatball Sub, and my grandmother has swallowed a papricot. It was all delicious and we took home later. The service was really fast and our server (Abby was funny and nice. Overall, I recommend.
This place is amazing! Staff is best in the business we had a group of 35 split into multiple tables ZERO billing or order mistakes. They are friendly and helpful The pizza was delicious had thin crust and cauliflower crust both very tasty, sauce is a well balanced and on the sweeter side... Highly recommend the homemade Italian sausage All toppings were yummy and fresh
