Polo's Embassy - Ada

I love Polo's! I was born with a rare and severe metabolic disorder called classic galactosemia (CG), which is a significant disability. This type of galactosemia is the most severe form of the condition. Due to this disorder, I cannot consume any milk, dairy, or lactose at all. Galactosemia is more serious than milk allergies or lactose intolerance.

The food and atmosphere are both fantastic. The tortas are outstanding. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

It’s always a mixed experience, but I’ve always adored Polos! It’s a staple in Ada, even if Polo himself isn’t the friendliest.

I've been eating here since I was a kid the food has always been amazing, the servers are very friendly, and the food is always brought out on time and everything tastes amazing
