フィードバックを提供するI have ordered from Dunkin Donuts online before every time I don apos;t get what I ordered. When ordering a dozen donuts I pick out the kind I want. Almost half of the order has something I didn apos;t order. If they are out of a specific item they will throw in whatever they want. Which is usually something we don apos;t want or even like. How about calling or texting the customer let them decide what they would like to change.
Made a coffee run and when I arrived the line was wrapped around the building. I chose to go inside because drive thru time was lengthy and I needed to get to work. However, the staff was nice but they were struggling to handle the volume of people. They were getting confused preparing drive thru orders. Enjoyed my hazelnut coffee tho.
There bathroom is locked for public 99% of the time. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating that they lack customer service in this line of profession. I would not recommend this Dunkin Donut for business to anyone. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
