フィードバックを提供するThe prices for salads are extremely high, especially considering that popular toppings like tomatoes haven't been available for nearly a week. I had to flag down a staff member from the back to place my order, and when I inquired about the missing tomatoes, the employee appeared annoyed. Things took a turn for the worse when I asked for a second fork, which seemed to frustrate them even more. Interestingly, a colleague of mine, who knows the mother of a former employee, mentioned that the owner claims to have hardworking staff. It’s hard to understand!
I visit this SaladWorks every weekend, and there are always two kind gentlemen working hard. They are consistently polite and patient. Every time I arrive at this location, I genuinely look forward to seeing their friendly faces.
The pasta is perfectly cooked al dente, the toppings are always fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
Now, I would just like to say I love saladworks but I believe this location needs help. The food is never fresh and always has a problem. Today I received my food with/no pasta and I asked for half radiatore pasta and iceberg. The lettuce was soft wet and brownThe matchstix carrots. Soft mushy, wet, and almost sticky likeThe crispy bbq chicken was in little balls like it was the end of the bag and also wet and soggy, and no where near crispyWhen I called the speak to the manager, the young man who answered the phone told me to hold on, hung up on me, and left the phone off the hook so it would ring busy for the next half hour. I was polite and just wanted to speak to a manager regarding food quality.I truly believe they need to be independently inspected for sanitary purposes and food safety prep.I loved this place but I would like to know what I’m eating is safe and not cutting corners for cost sake
Just ordered two salads, two soups and a kids meal for delivery that cost me $60.00. My salad had limp and frozen, wet lettuce with two small cold chicken pieces for my crispy chicken. My kids meal of crispy chicken, roll, oranges and grapes came with two small chicken pieces like they put on the salad, cold with bread crumb crumbs. The little mandarin oranges pieces and two grapes, cut up. My son's salad was so cold from being frozen that he had to let it warm up before he could eat the limp lettuce. We are thankful for the two soups because that's what we ate from our order. Never again.
