フィードバックを提供するI would have given this location a 0. I had ordered a new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This was my first and last time. The chicken used was dry completely and hard with barely even any sauce on it to negate the dryness. This location has had it's problems with orders being incomplete or wrong. My last visit from today was October 2019. I am thoroughly disappointed. The reason we stopped visiting the previous time, was that the employees at that time were kids and were being belligerent while customers with kids were eating inside. I am through with this location. I drive out of my way to not go here and visit other locations.
I often have problems at this location like food not being available until close, or ridiculously under sized proportions, or on my last visit they forgot to give me one of my sides. They seem to be much better on the Taco Bell side.
Did not get a receipt for order. Ordered Mac&Cheese got cole slaw. (Cole slaw container not dated at bottom). Requested for hot sauce got honey mustard. Requested for Nashville tenders, got regular tenders. Fries were not fresh. No napkins in bag. I use to work at a KFC. I know how things are supposed to work. They obviously don't know what they are doing.
I went into the kfc a few days ago at 10:30am when the store opened. Nobody was in the store including the staff. I walked up closer to the counter and an older woman came up and said we're closed because we don't have a cook. As I left, the cook came in, apologized for being late and asked me what I wanted. I said I really don't have time to wait since nothing has been prepped let alone cooked. I sat in my car and texted my coworkers to select another place to eat. A car pulled up beside me; I was getting ready to tell her KFC was closed but she said we're closed no employees. Now what kind of place is this where the manager isn't even on time.
The service in the car was disappointing and unprofessional. The cashier seemed unsure of how to do his job and was quite rude.
