Jj's Restaurant Sports Bar - Abingdon

Management is hard to deal with when approached. They put people on the floor without adequate training. They will argue with you if you ask for a knife. Management said they limit knives usage for the safety of their customers. Locals say that is because, the drunks start fights. So go at your own risk.

Usually the food is good. Most of the time the service is good. They have their off days just like anyone else the biggest complaint and the biggest reason I don't visit often is the prices.

Very friendly car and many beer choices. The food is homemade ! Meatloaf was delicious!

Great spicy Bloody Mary and chili fries! Nice spacy place. Want to come back for football season.

In town visiting family and JJ's did not disappoint. There are a lot of different draft beers on tap and atmosphere gives your the sports bar feel. I ordered the catfish po boy and even they though there was a small mishap with my food. It was fixed immediately. Steve was my server and he was awesome. I also had the gold road mango cart beer which I would recommend. If you are in the area I would def give it a try
