Taco Bell - Abilene

I visited the drive-thru and the woman working there was very kind and friendly. I was looking forward to enjoying my burritos at home, but unfortunately, I discovered a surprising ingredient in them. I am not a picky eater and rarely leave reviews, but this was a unique situation. My burritos were filled with pickles. I have no idea how the pickles ended up in there, but there were about 3 pickles in each burrito. Why ruin a decent burrito with pickles? I just want to enjoy my shredded meat in peace. Please no pickles next time.

This restaurant is consistently reliable, fast, and most importantly, always open. I always go for the beef bowl and I will definitely keep ordering it because it never disappoints.

The night Manger was horrible. Waited 30 mins as ppl came in after an gotten their food 1st. This manager was rude did not do her job. She told me my order was in the drive thru as I'm standing rite in front of her. Then proceeded to give me the wrong food an all of it was wrong. An after I received my correct food all the employees followed me out the store along with the manager in a volatile threatening manner. Taco bell should be Ashamed

Had it door dashed food was messed up over cooked under cooked whole taco smashed up wasn't no way was dash driver when it's not made right and not what you order when you pay 45 dollars get bs quality won't go back to south first taco bell again been like that last 3 times I've came there if I could rate 0 I would

There were not many people in the drive-thru, but there were many employees. Despite there not being many customers inside, it still took nearly 40 minutes to receive my order. Unfortunately, I was unable to go through the drive-thru again, so my party had to wait.
