Firehouse Subs Abilene South

This must be the best sub-sandwich I've had for a long time! The ingredients were fresh and tasteful! The service was fast and the servers were very friendly and polite. That was my first time, and I want to try the ones in my area now!

I had the Smokehouse beef and Cheddar Brisket and it was delicious. My husband had the New York steamer and he was also satisfied.

I and Uncle BooBoo wanted to try something healthier, so we decided to get a sub-sandwich. This place was really great! I and Uncle BooBoo got the notification on our phones that our meal was ready! Lucky for us, we've already waited in the parking lot, so we've gotten together. Uncle BooBoo thought it was crazy how this place was based on firefighters, he had a little confused (short) and thought everyone working there was either a firefighter or a former firefighter. He thanked all for everything they did and began to speak politics. That made some people crazy. Uncle BooBoo dug into a deep hole that I had to dig him out naturally. I then told him that all these people were just normal people. That made him angry. He demanded that he spoke to the manager because he had not hired “real” firefighters. Fortunately, the manager was a little crazy, so I just took our sub- and uncles and we went.

Working my way thru the menu. Started with the daily sub. Have loved every one I've tried!! Great staff! All round enjoyable experience!

This place is awesome. From the time you walk in, to the time you leave its awesome. Amazing customer service, it's subway on steroids!!! And customer service is way better in my opinion!! 50 stars for this location
