I was helped by a boy names Rich Simmons and he was the sweetest most polite young man. We got stuck with the image part for my cake and he was just so calm and professional!

Outstanding customer service. My order was made incorrectly after I placed an order online. The employees and Manager we amazing with getting my order corrected. The quality of ice cream is always amazing.

Delicious desserts and quick service! Three different staff members assisted with our order, and they generously included plenty of toppings in the ice cream. The employees were friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent service! The ice cream is fantastic! My family and I always have a wonderful experience whenever we visit. A couple of weeks ago, we went in about 30 minutes before closing time and treated ourselves to some ice cream. Isiah was our server that day, and he was incredibly upbeat, preparing our ice cream quickly and deliciously. Give that guy a raise—he truly understands customer service! To those leaving negative reviews about the prices, come on—if it's too expensive for you, maybe you should consider staying home. This is some of the highest quality ice cream you'll find, and the service is consistently outstanding! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and really knowledgeable. We tried three different flavors along with a milkshake, and everything was delicious! This was my second visit, and I can't wait to return!
