フィードバックを提供するPassed through on a road trip and this Arby's is awful. The girl at the drive thru was quite rude when I asked for a Jamocha shake, stating that they only had chocolate or vanilla. I let this go even though it's on the menu, but the cashier charged meanyway for the shake they didn't have. My order was also severely messed up with half of the items incorrect. I discourageanybody from coming here until they care.
Overall a great place to eat at, the people that work there are very friendly.
I didn't appreciate the young girls talking smack in front of customers it was obvious they wanted to be heard as they weren't even trying to keep their voices low. I don't want anyone reprimanded but, someday they'll be on the receiving end, as a customer who's had a rough day only asks for peacefulness smiles. I hope they won't have to be reminded how they behaved, except that they saw the error of their ways made a change for the better in order to make other customer's visit pleasant calming.
We love Arby's. The service here is always quick and the food is almost always amazing. My only complaint is they don't make the beef and cheddar the right way. There is never any red ranch on it I have come to notice. I always thought it was accidentally forgotten but it is every time we go there. Food is still good, the sauce just makes the sandwich perfect!
The food was not very good at all. The fish on the fish sandwich was old. Hard and not even warn. The french dip had dry meat on it. Not impressed.Food: 1/5
