Kfc Aberdeen

Take away bucket for one ordered online through Just Eat. Delivery was fine but the chicken was inedible. Tasted nothing like kfc recipe- more like someone dropped a pot of pepper in some batter. Way too spicy and just plain unpleasant. Won’t be wasting £20 on that again

I attempted to order the 4:49 deal that was advertised on the window, only to be told by the staff that it isn’t available. My wife and I are regular customers at the Union Street branch and have never had to complain before, unlike our experiences at the Great Northern Road branch. I'm left wondering why I should return to KFC after this experience. I would appreciate a response from management regarding this issue. Due to the disappointment with the untrained staff not being aware of the available deals, I will be considering other chicken restaurants. Please respond.

I ordered 3 drumsticks, a dip and a small Pepsi. The manager told me that it would be cheaper to upgrade to a Meal Deal (which I didn 't want) but not realising the price difference was so great I declined. When the bill came to £8.18 which was almost £3 dearer than the Meal Deal price I asked if I could change my order to a Meal Deal and pay that price. The rude manager flatly refused as he had already pointed out to me that it would have been cheaper to order a Meal Deal . I pointed out to him that he obviously didn 't care a hoot about customer return business or getting a bad review, he still declined my request. Some of the tables are not cleaned when customers leave. You can see from the other reviews what type of service you will receive from this place!

Self-service requires you to take a number, but there were none available. The tables were dirty, and the staff seemed uninterested. The chips were also cold. Overall, it was disappointing. This location needs a manager or supervisor who genuinely cares.

Ordered a Chicken stuffer couldn't eat it as it smelt and tasted vile ...ordered a Pepsi to put the taste away but was given horrible undrinkable Pepsi max ...avoid
