Fusion Bar and Bistro - Aberdeen

The meal was fantastic and the service was excellent. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with black and white films playing in the background, since they were not able to have music.

Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, Fusion Bar and Bistro has proven that they can still provide excellent food in a pleasant setting. The dishes were delicious, and even without music playing, there was still a nice ambiance in the restaurant, making for an enjoyable dining experience for all guests. The servers were friendly, approachable, and eager to assist. Kudos to the team for their outstanding efforts in navigating a tough situation.

The food at this restaurant was delicious, expertly cooked, and beautifully presented. The Covid safety measures were outstanding.

I booked this restaurant based on the tasting meny on their website. Upon arrival we were informed that the tasting menu had to be prebooked 4 days in advance. I was not notified on this upon booking, and had to go back to the website today to check again and it doesn 't say anything about this. A huge disapointment!! Been looking forward to the tasting menu for several months! The next table also complained about this, and all they said is sorry 'bout that and blamed OpenTable. The gallery menu was ok, but it 's not the same as a tasting menu. Great place, quiet and stylish. Waiter friendly, but I would expect them to work something out. After the main course we were pretty much forgotten. Worth a visit yes. Going back nope!
