フィードバックを提供するDrive thru only and the line was wrapped around the building at lunch time
Management: Please Train your staff in Customer Service! To say it is lacking is an understatement. The lady taking orders at drive thru sounded downright miserable. Then, the gentleman taking money handing food barely looked at me; no thank you, here you go or any verbal recognition that I was a paying customer. I told HIM thank you: he said nothing. I told him to have a good day he looked away. Please please train these individuals to at least pretend to appreciate their customers! I understand you are short staffed but that should not allow employees to take it out on paying customers. Food was hot delivered in a timely manner.
They only take 1 order at a time to fake their drive thru to timer and not let it run up with their super sow service.This is the slowest BK I’ve ever been to. After not being on base for 18 months I tried it again and nothing has changed.
Place has been closed for five months. Better service now than when they were open.
Dining room not open. Drive thru was quick, service quick, staff friendly and food was hot and good.
