フィードバックを提供するUpon entering, I was immediately greeted by the staff who were eager to help me. It’s Subway, so while you can't expect a gourmet experience, the sandwich was expertly crafted. It wasn’t messy and was prepared exactly to my liking—there was just the right amount of sauce, and the veggies stayed in place. I noticed that the employees made a genuine effort to tailor each sub to the preferences of the customers. I observed how they prepared each sandwich, both before and after mine.
The employee preparing my order—a large Black Forest ham sub—was different; he was just rude in a different way. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including owning my own restaurants, I can usually gauge portion sizes. To my dismay, the young man used about 3 ounces of ham for a large sub. It was so sparse that it didn’t even cover the sandwich within two inches of the end of the roll. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he responded dismissively, saying he would have to charge extra for anything more than a "wish sandwich." At that point, I decided to cancel my order. I visit this location frequently and have never encountered such poor service before. I might give it another shot, but only if these two young men are not working behind the counter.
I cannot recommend this restaurant at the moment. It seems like they are charging customers but not delivering on what they promised. We ordered two subs through their online app, and one of them arrived without any meat or avocado, while the other was missing the premium add-ons we had paid for. Most of what we ordered was simply not included. I tried calling three times to request a refund, but no one answered. If you decide to order from this restaurant through the app, I strongly suggest checking your sandwiches before leaving. Order #D7A3FB92-CB.
When I came to the workers, I came to help me quickly. Of course it is subway they can not expect that a gourmet submarine, but the way that was made sandwich, it was not messy and made only the way I wanted it. not too much sauce or the sweet fall out. the girls tried to make each sub to each customer. I've been watching how they've made every weapon before and after me.
Have never had a bad experience here. tonight, at 7:50 o'clock. they close at 8. I work myself in retail. I hate it when people come last minute or almost last minute. I was ready to hear that they didn't. Instead, I was from a very bubbly young lady who was more than happy to take my order. she was very healful, polite and at the point to make my subdivisions. have a foot long meatball and a grilled chicken on flatbread, foot long. meatball was excellent and full of meatballs and just the right amount of sauce. grilled chicken put her a good amount of hits my son wanted, perfect amount of ranch. three young women working, all just top flight service, attitude and friendly. love keeps in here and will continue to do it.
