Their milkshakes are the best. It is nice to have a choice of size and flavour.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, however, I would appreciate the option to purchase chicken strips without the basket or to substitute the fries with something else. I have received extra fries on multiple occasions because I wanted a poutine. Nevertheless, the food is always very tasty. They have the best gravy in town.

Once again, there were missing items at the restaurant. They were out of root beer and did not have kids ice cream. This led to a meltdown with the kids. The blue frosty had a creamy white color and lacked flavor. It seemed like there was a new employee working that day.

After giving DQ another try, I am pleased to say that they have finally begun double checking their orders before they are delivered! The bags were labeled with numbers, ensuring that everything I ordered was included. Thank you for implementing this system, it will definitely keep customers coming back.
