As we had a car accident on the Highway back to Germany, we end up staying one night in Schinznach Dorf . we were recommended to have dinner( only open place-:) at the HIRZEN>- excellent food, really good local wines and friendly professional Owner.

Nicht schön das das wild-fleich nicht richtig geputzt war. (silberhaut)dadurch kaugummi-Art-ig....

Habe zu spät meine Allergie erwähnt und der Koch hat schnell etwas feines auf meinen Teller gezaubert. Danke!
