What a gem! Definitely recommend coming here instead of any of the the overpriced terrible restaurants in Amsterdam, it's a short uber ride from the airport. They have printed menus but it's better to just have the chef show you the fresh catch and personalize your meal. I had a scallop salad and seared tuna, both to die for! This is fine dining with family charm.

With an early flight out from Schipol, we were staying at a hotel at the airport. This really came up as the only restaurant on Trip Advisor worth a visit. This was hands down the best meal we have had after five days in Amsterdam! We opted for the five course chef testing menu. All of the food was amazing, but the standouts were the carpaccio and the mushroom soup. The service was better than anything we had in Amsterdam! Should you find yourself at Schipol, make the trip here!
