フィードバックを提供するI always visit this place when the chef is working alone. The unagi donburi is amazingly delicious and very affordable, despite being a whole eel. It is necessary to make a reservation by phone in advance. The fried chicken is also highly recommended.
Tsuwano is a restaurant where you can enjoy seafood. Located right in the middle of a tourist spot, it seems to be popular among locals as well. I tried the "umeboshi" and "ayu oshizushi". Umeboshi is an interesting dish, I didn't know about it even though I'm from Shimane. The combination of ingredients, dashi, and wasabi is really good. The ayu oshizushi was wrapped in kelp, and I could enjoy the aroma of the kelp. However, I felt like the scent of the ayu was a bit overpowered. The fish was soft all the way to the head, and I was able to eat everything except the fins.
I stumbled upon this restaurant while many others were closed due to an approaching typhoon. I tried the Tsuwano specialty, Uzumemeshi set meal. Uzumemeshi was like a tea-soaked rice with various toppings, but it was delicious. The highlight was the sashimi konjac, which was truly amazing. Also, the vinegared dish and wasabi soy sauce pickles were tasty. Perhaps they should promote these Tsuwano specialties more? I left satisfied.
今日のお昼はあおき寿司。 11時から電車の時間12時までなく昼ごはん。高津川の天然鮎を使った鮎姿寿司はとっても美味しかったです。島根の津和野の酒蔵の華泉の冷酒と一緒におまかせ握りをいただきました。 6名の団体のお客様が突然来ましたが店主一人で切り盛りしているのでお断りが入ってました。 人数が多い場合は予約をお勧めします。とっても田舎の雰囲気の良いお店だと思います。 ごちそうさまでした。 おなかいっぱいだったの残念ながら芋煮は食べる事ができませんでした。 ごちそうさまでした。
津和野に来て2回利用させて貰いました 静かでゆっくり出来る、お店です。 特にお勧めなのが大名巻きで、9種類程の食材が巻いてあり色んな味を楽しむ事が出来ます。 また量が多い為 感覚的には海鮮丼大 一人で頼むと他が食べれ無くなるかも…… 二人で1つ頼んで単品料理を追加するのが良いでしょう。 また郷土料理のうずめ飯も在ります。 50円か100円で器もある為、持ち帰りも出来ます。
