フィードバックを提供する100%そば（蕎麦）を水車で練り上げた、天ぷら付きのそばを提供するこのレストランは、非常に静かな山の中にあります。窓際の席から谷を眺めながらそばを食べるのは格別です。3年ぶりに訪れましたが、その静けさと涼しさは変わっていませんでした。今日は電話で予約をしたので、前回のようにそばが売り切れて作り直しになり、1時間待たされることはありませんでした。そばを作る料理長が出てきて挨拶してくれました。天ぷらやレンコンのそばはとても美味しかったです。そばの出汁は濃厚です。4月から11月の週末のみ、10:30から15:00までの追加営業時間があります。
そばはとても美味しかったです。場所も素晴らしく、気持ちの良い散歩にぴったりです。
