The tofu here is delicious. Both the fried tofu and thick fried tofu are crispy! I had them for the first time.
I regularly go to buy and eat tofu at this restaurant, and my kids love it too. I also really like the atmosphere of the couple who own the place; they are very friendly.
今日は久しぶりの良い天気 おづる湧水を汲みに行って 湧水茶屋さんで おぼろ豆腐、もめん豆腐、油揚げ、厚揚げを買ってきました お客さんの喜ぶ顔が楽しみです
厚揚げ揚げたてだし 皮衣がとり天みたいに香ばしかったです 揚げだしとざる豆腐も食べたけど 私的には揚げだし1番 お稲荷さんはご飯が炊きこみご飯で甘い油揚げといい相性でしたよゲンコツ位大きいので食べ応えもあります
