Sān Liú - 対馬市

I visited this restaurant located in the center of the island in November. Unfortunately, it was fully booked on that day, so I decided to come back for another visit. This time, I went on a weekday for lunch and ordered the pork loin ginger stir-fry set without much information. There are about 5 to 6 lunch options priced between 1,000 and 2,500 yen. I thought it would be a typical ginger stir-fry, but it was surprisingly different from what I had eaten before. The thickness of the meat and the richness of the sauce were truly amazing.

This is lunch. Fried scallops. Generous portion. The texture of the scallops is great! The restaurant also has a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I had heard that the Kimchi hot pot was delicious and when I tried it, I was convinced. It was incredibly flavorful and made me feel warm inside. I definitely want many people to try it. We didn't even need to order ramen. I will definitely go back again.
