Happy atmosphere and friendly and funny staff!

Its an okay place to eat. Marinaded pork sandwich was nothing special. Pho was good and the egg roll was good too. I have no reason to go back here, but I would consider it if i was passing by.

I took two of my granddaughter's there last week, and was very impressed with the layout and variety of the playground equipment.

Still a few Blarney Stones left. This is a great one . Great sandwiches and help. Lower Manhattan, near the Battery Very reasonable.
