My mans ordered a pizza in 2017, it's a year late

I've been waiting an hour and a half for my food, I don't want my food anymore I want a refund. Maybe if you answered the phone you'd know this!

I ordered food at 19:20, food finally arrived at 21:20 and my pizza wasn't delivered with the order, we rang and were told they would bring it...

Food was yummy! I always quite like the food at Carluccios. Some staff were really nice others didn't want to be there. Price was quite a lot really £16!!
