Starbucks - Vernon

Not sure why it's so hard to tell people the ovens broken when you've asked for something heated. Drink was okay. Should have been better for the 19$ I was charged. Wont be coming back to this location.

Customer service is above and beyond with a welcoming comfortable atmosphere. Very popular and can get very busy but a little patience allows baristas to get your order just right.Wheelchair accessibility: Special needs spaces clearly marked and close to entrance.

Always good but seem to get bogged down with to many online orders (very slow)

If you don't have 1/2 to wait for a coffee try somewhere else.

I recently went on a 7hr road trip and decided to make a quick stop at starbucks. The quality of the food wasn't great, I received one wrong drink out of the 3 I ordered plus the wrong sandwich. I ordered a turkey pesto and although the bag said “Turkey pesto” I was disappointed once i realized it was a tomato and mozzarella one instead, as well as my bf realized there was a hair on my food. As a starbucks lover I’m not one to complain but the staff needs to pay more attention as well as improve there service!
