Magic Hookah Lounge - Ufa

Great place, reminiscent of a lively bar, but the menu is fantastic, the waitstaff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very cozy.

Friendly staff, generous portions, and delicious food. The hooks are gone too.

One positive aspect for me is the location in a neighboring courtyard. Otherwise, this place is quite disappointing. When it first opened about three years ago, it was much better. In the past year and a half, it’s unclear how they have managed to stay open. A typical situation is that you choose something from the menu, only to find it's not available. And that item isn’t available either. We asked the waiter to recommend a tea, but he was at a loss. He brought a spoon for the cheesecake and seemed confused as to why we needed a fork. So, the service isn’t very inspiring either. To top it all off, the atmosphere is ruined by the heavy smoke from the hookah area—there seems to be no ventilation.

Забронировал столик заранее. В результате либо оператор забыл записать, либо заморозил передать. Короче говоря, мы прибыли в назначенное время, и наш стол был занят. Мы срочно подготовили стол в проходе. В целом, терпимо, но осадок остался. Хороший сервис и вкусные рулоны сгладили опыт.

Тесные два зала. Вероятно, для любителей кальяна про него ничего не могу сказать, т.к. не любитель . Меню: суши, картошка, креветки. Стандартный набор пива и коктейлей. Коктейль принесли минут через 20: варили они его, что ли?.. Ингредиенты коктейлей в меню не указаны, из за чего произошло недоразумение, и мне пришлось заказать другой, оплатив и первый тоже. Скидку никакую не сделали. Владелец заведения, подсев ко мне выяснить суть вопроса, заявил, что не расстроится, если я больше не приду. Что ж, это меня успокаивает.
