Firehouse Subs Canal Blvd - Thibodaux

Better than ever since reopening!! Friendly and helpful staff that are experienced and know the menu well and very clean atmosphere. I like the location because its easy to park and getting out of the parking lot which someplaces are a nightmare with traffic. Recommend for a fast healthy meal!

Stopped by for a quick take out meal yesterday. There were around 6 employees in the building, most of whom were involved in loud personal conversations and horseplay. Cashier was rude and appeared incredibly bored/annoyed to take my order. Dining area and drink station were filthy. I asked one employee a question and she responded that she had no idea what these people were doing . Eventually the one young man that was actually doing his job while all the other employees were being completely unprofessional had my sandwich ready, which was extremely tiny, definitely not worth the $7+ paid for my meal. This was my first and last visit to Firehouse in Thibodaux, Jimmy John 's will be my go to sandwich shop from now on.

We love Fireworks! We dined there on Sunday afternoon and brought our granddaughter along.

Had a envy, (cajun term means strong desire) on a cardio diet and wanted to treat me.
