She closed the deal in record time, offered me a great price, and even delivered my new car right to my house. The entire process was effortless, and I truly appreciated the handwritten thank-you note she sent as well. You can't get better service than this!
This was my first experience with a BMW dealership, as I just purchased a used 2006 BMW X3 M Sport, which is in pristine condition and has a good service history. I took it in today for an important reminder about the airbag activation mat for the passenger seat, and I received exceptional personal attention from Rahal BMW. I would definitely recommend this dealership for all your service needs.
I had an incredible experience purchasing a vehicle—by far the best I've ever had, and I've bought quite a few. Our sales representative, Jordon, was fantastic and extremely professional. Another standout aspect of this purchase was the manager, Luke. He took my initial call and worked with me for nearly three months to help me find the perfect used BMW. It's rare to find a manager who will dedicate so much time to a cold call for a used car. You would think we were looking to buy a new M series instead of a used X1, given the attention we received. The car itself exceeded all our expectations in every way. Jordon's delivery presentation was also impressive. Moving forward, there's only one dealership for us: Rahal BMW of South Hills.
Lee Korczynski has done an excellent job to assist me in my last X5 M purchase. He kept me informed during vehicle assembly and had a nice reveal when it was delivered.
Excellent Customer service on our BMW X2 purchase. Our Sales Advisor, Darren Smith was not only knowledgeable about all things BMW, but showed tremendous interest in our business. Darren went above and beyond expectations, showing patience, flexibility, and respect for our needs. I appreciate how he helped my Wife see the differences in the various vehicles we looked at. Additionally, his detailed review of the car features and technology really accelerated my Wife’s comfort with her new car. I have had great service at Bobby Rahal over the last 13 or so years. Honestly, Darren took my appreciation for the Rahal experience up several notches. I hope Bobby Rahal management sees the value Darren brings and does what is necessary to keep him part of the Team.
