フィードバックを提供するWe must have the worst Little Caesars ever. What's the point of online ordering if they can't even meet the promised time frame? I had to ask about my food, and they still told me it wasn’t ready. I waited for almost an hour, and then it still wasn't done 10 minutes after I received the notification that it was ready. The staff seems more focused on chatting and laughing than getting the orders out.
Pizza was ordered through door dash.. it was picked up promptly and arrived hot. I ordered a Supreme and sausage pizza and a Supreme.. the Supreme came with bugs baked on top of the crust, a cockroach I think.. tried to call and let them know, but Noone answered... yuk I had already eaten 4 pieces.. lawsuit.
I had to wait 15 minutes for the one-topping pepperoni special at 1 PM. When my order finally arrived, they gave me the wrong pizzas. The manager took them back and instructed the staff to throw them away. I even offered to pay the difference to just take what I wanted and leave, but she declined my offer. I ended up waiting another 5 minutes, despite the presence of 8 or 9 employees. I'm not sure if I’ll return.
Just want to let everyone know that they do not wear gloves when making your pizza they use their bare hands on the meat , cheese, and all the toppings on your pizza. I asked one of the managers why they did not use gloves she said that they never use gloves. You would think they should have to. I guess speed is more important than cleanliness!
Not a good experience!!! Long wait, burnt food and we watched a staff member pretending to shoot himself in the head because they had gotten to busy. I stop by this location at least once a month to treat my nephews and grandchildren. Usually they are fast, friendly and everything is perfect.
