Panda Express - Ripon

Horrible service. Went today for some food. Took 20 min just to get my order. Only 2 ppl ahead of me. Girl (Laurie or Lauren) with no energy to work. Or no customer service. Do not work with customers if you have no customer service. Food was stale and flavorless.

Very good employees, definitely know how to take care of their customers. Always friendly and helpful. Food as fresh as you could ask for and a good portion to leave you satisfied. Definitely the best Panda I've had.

Worst experience of any panda express in all of California. I have had better service at a panda express in a theme park. Really, terribly bad. Sadly I went to this exact location previously and had the same issue. I assumed it was just an off day. I was so wrong. 10 minute wait for teriyaki chicken lasted over 30 minutes before I walked out without food because it wasnt ready. They prioritize drive through orders because those are tracked by management.

Worst experience and the worst tasting food you could imagine. The spot is run by clown teenagers who don’t have spec of customer service knowledge.

Passing through and stopped here. The food was just ok. Though Server Melissa was fantastic! Excellent customer service from everyone this evening!! Thank you.
