フィードバックを提供するHorrible manager, no manners or basic decency. Messed up our order and gave us pepperoni pizza that we cannot eat. Claimed to provide store credit that we never received and was not willing to take accountability or listen to us without hanging up thephone 2 words in. Will be reaching out to corporate.
Every time I try them I get disappointed (and often so do my guests that keep waiting). Unreliable. Almost always VERY late (well over an hour) and the pizza arrives cold. Today, when I gave them a kind fair call to inquire after over an hour ofwaiting (20 minutes quality check lol) they were plain rude. Sounded so apathetic and uncaring to the point I rather not eatfood that they make. I don?t think I?ve ever gave such a negative review but this has happened over and over so at this point Ifeel that the people aught to know!
The staff at the restaurant were quite rude. When I requested red peppers, one of the employees bluntly told me, "All you customers never pay online for that and just ask for it for free." I suggested that they should make red peppers an option to select on their website. His response was, "That's a Dominos issue; you should ask Dominos about it." It's quite amusing, but being treated like this when you're spending money on pizza is really disappointing.
The store manager's behavior is unacceptable. They sent us the wrong pizza, and when we called to address the issue, they responded with skepticism, saying, "How can we believe you?" Additionally, they said, "Pay attention to me," which was incredibly rude. The manager clearly lacks basic customer service skills.
I ordered online and it took over an hour and 15 minutes for my food to arrive. When it finally got here, the order was damaged, cold, and unappetizing, plus I was missing the dipping sauces. I don't understand why I have to pay a delivery fee and tip in advance only to see the driver take 30 minutes to cover a distance of just 2 miles.
