I had a great experience and found the crew to be very friendly. While buying tickets in advance doesn't seem essential, it does make things a bit more convenient. Taking the ferry was definitely the best choice!
I don't often leave comments, but I have to say that the staff at Bay State are consistently friendly and professional. I've been a customer for years and plan to keep coming back.
