Farol - Ponta Delgada

A beautiful place with fast service and very good, fresh and moderately inexpensive food. A few steps from the ocean to enjoy the sunshine of past noon. The menu offers a selection of different fish cuts and meat dishes served with vegetables/ ferries/beans. English and Portuguese translations available.

Really good food, delicious, cheap, fast and nice service. The place is fully recommended by locals, good value, 100%.

We stopped here for our final meal before heading to the airport. We loved every dish we ordered. I highly recommend this place.

We went for dinner at night time before going back home . Good selection of local food and lots of choice to choose from . Good portions and tasty you will not go hungry after agood dinner at the Farol .

If you want to try delicious local food this is the place to go! The food was great, especially the bitoque and the fresh cheese, the price was decent and the portions are big! Staff was friendly too even though there was a language barrier but it didn't bother us, with the help of the staff we managed just fine. We visited it 3 times during our time there and we enjoyed being among locals.
