Baskin-robbins - Placentia

New employee served one narrow scoop when I ordered a single scope, gave me a children's sized scoop, wouldn't add up when asked.

I hadn't been to Baskin-Robbins in years, so decided to finally cash in a gift card. A good deal was to buy two 1 quart pre-packed for 10.99 however a sugar-free option was not available. To pack this option was 10.99 for 1 quart. It would be nice if this option was added as part of the pre-packed selection. Otherwise pleasant experience.

I don't splurge on ice cream very often, but my kids love the America's Birthday Cake flavor that comes out every July, so I get a few hand packed quarts throughout the month. This year, I have gotten 3 quarts so far, and every one of them was almost half empty when I went to check it at home. When I brought it to the attention of the server the next time and asked that they be sure to pack it well, they said okay, but it was lacking again. They never even weighed it! I also did the online survey to get the dollar off, and the boy said it wasn't taking the code and refused to give me the discount. He was extremely rude and also refused to let me talk to the manager. This location is horrible and the workers are slow and rude and obviously don't know what they are doing half the time.

Extremely unprofessional. Not on the end of the workers, but the management! Manager came in cursing and yelling at the poor guy, who seems to be a teenager. The store is critically understaffed. Only two people working the night shift, in spite of a line outside of the store. Having worked at a fast food chain 15 years back, I empathize with the worker. I will no longer come to this location because the workers are mistreated.

I walk in and it?s probably five minutes past closing they said that they were closed and I asked said can I please get just one scoop of ice cream so they kindly allowed it and throughout the process everybody in there was very kind with a smile I did not feel like I was there last customer and they were wanting to go home I felt like I could?ve been the first customer of the day so very welcomed. There are places that I have been that has far from that type of service lately and so it was refreshing and I left with a smile put it that way and my favorite ice cream! Definitely recommend
