In-n-out Burger - Petaluma

I really enjoy their burgers and I like to add chilies for an extra kick. I always order my fries well done to make them extra crispy. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well-maintained.

The restroom needs some attention. There was no toilet paper available at 8:11 PM on November 8, 2022.

The service, the care, the speed, the devotion. We enjoyed waiting for our food. You can see that this team enjoyed their jobs. We enjoyed watching a team that came to serve and serve well. Kiddos.

Worst in n out burger I've ever had... The burger was over cooked like a hockey puck and the fries were like sticks... Quality at In n out has gone down significantly as of late.. the fries are usually soggy.. and the burger patties seem to have gotten smaller... Idk.. maybe it's just me : service is always great though!

Double meat, add a slice of cheese, add onion, ketchup and mustard instead of the spread. It's easier to order than a flying Dutchman protein style ? Best simple burger for the price and waiting time! In-n-out has their stuff together!
