5 Star Auto - Matthews

Just bought my second car in a row from here. Elman is great and easy to work with, honest and the prices are below value. Definitely recommend 5 star! I'll be back there when I'm looking again.

I was searching the internet for months for a reasonably priced, low mileage, older model Subaru. Turned out that one showed up in Matthews, at 5 Star Auto...so I called the business immediately to set up a time to inspect the car and take it for a test drive. The online photos of the car looked great, but much to my surprise, the car looked even better in person; extra clean on the inside and out (the undercarriage and under the hood/engine included). Literally all of the cars look well taken care of on their lot!I definitely wanted to test drive this specific car, so I met up with their salesman named Elman. He gave me details about the car and he even offered the Carfax report on it; it's really nice that they supply that. Once it was time to test drive, Elman let me know that I could drive the car for up to 2 hours (which is AMAZING) and that they encourage people to take the car to a car maintenance/repair shop to get it professional inspected; that's how confident they are in selling quality vehicles.Long story short, the car checked out to be in excellent condition, drove really well, and it was (and is) everything that I was searching for months to find. Thank you 5 Star Auto, and especially Elman, for such a pleasant car buying experience. I am very happy with my purchase!5 Star prices their cars to sell fast (by far the most reasonable price that I found online for my specific vehicle), practices no pressure selling tactics and lets the quality of the car sell itself. I definitely recommend checking out this place if you're looking for a great used car.

Elman was great! He gave us all the time we wanted to drive/make a decision and never pressured us. He addressed all or our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this dealership!

This dealership is legit. Very open with nothing to hide. Reasonable prices and negotiation. Overall great buying experience. Would recommend using this dealer.

One of the best Used-Car-Dealer experiences that I have ever had.They were quick to respond to my phone calls and text messages, even after hours. Very honest and transparent about the condition of the car, making sure my 5 hour drive to see it in person would be worthwhile.It's very reassuring to buy a 911 from a dealer who has multiple Porsches in the lot, and a salesman who is familiar with the cars and the Porsche-enthusiast forums.After painlessly agreeing on a fair price, the transaction was quick and simple. I wish we had dealers like this in GA.
