Pizza Hut - Los Angeles

This place can't seem to get it together! I ordered a pizza and it was made without pizza sauce (I made zero request of any sort)! I also ordered wings! Now my wings are cold and I'm still without a pizza a hour and twenty minutes later! I notice that his place did a overhaul of employees and yet they are making the same errors if not worst! Do not order from here ever!

Called in to order a pizza for pick up. gave specifics instructions which were (read back to me) and the process went smooth. When I get there pay for my pizza and go home. I get home and none of my instructions were met. I then call and was given a hard time about my order. Told me they will give me store credit. Did not want that and made me bring the old pizza back in and threaten not to make another one if I don?t. Very rude was not professional at all. I used to lovethe pizza from this place.

Been coming here for a few months and the managers CELENIA and GERADO are on top of it . Therr customer service is awesome . Even when there short staff they do their very best to be prompt and are on top of the orders . They always greet with a smile
