Wings Over Kaufman

I was disappointed with my recent visit to the restaurant. The wings I ordered had very little sauce, so I asked for more to enhance the flavor. To my surprise, I was told that I would have to pay extra for additional sauce. I mentioned that there should be enough sauce on the wings to begin with and questioned why I needed to pay for a lack of it. The response I received was that they are trying to cut costs, which is why they use less sauce in orders and charge customers for any extra. If I wanted plain wings, I would have ordered them that way. As a result, I ended up taking my food home and adding my own sauce. This kind of practice feels like penny-pinching. It's unfortunate because we've been loyal customers for years, but we won’t be returning anytime soon.
