I stepped in to help the woman cover the remainder of her payment, but I felt compelled to write this review because Tasha's behavior was unacceptable. It was clear that all this could have been avoided if she had just focused on her job rather than judging others. It's truly disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior at what should be a welcoming place.
The smoothies here are absolutely delicious! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the service is incredibly quick.
Tasha's behavior was unprofessional and prejudiced. She left her coworker to handle the workload while she laughed at customers, mocking them for their accents and different socio-economic backgrounds. This conduct was disgraceful. If Tasha is the initial point of contact for customers, they might as well make their smoothies at home in a judgment-free environment, away from individuals who demean language barriers. I witnessed her laughing at an elderly Asian woman because of her pronunciation, which was deeply disheartening. As someone who has lived in different countries and learned native languages, this behavior is truly unacceptable. I believe it is imperative that someone addresses this issue with Tasha or considers her removal from this location entirely. Overall, the customer service and behavior demonstrated were very disappointing.
