フィードバックを提供するI purchased a cookie at full price for a loyal customer, and as a result, I’m currently suspended without pay while they investigate the matter.
After contacting both the store and Groupon twice, I finally received a refund. However, the cookie company should have easily extended the Groupon, especially considering they were closed for several months. My Groupon expired on June 15, and they were unwilling to honor it, which I find quite unprofessional. I recommend seeking a refund since it’s not worth the time and frustration.
